Meet Marina
Hi, I’m Marina Davidson, artist, art teacher, and owner of The Brush.
Art has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I attended Douglas Anderson School of the Arts and later studied Illustration at Atlanta College of Art. After returning to Jacksonville, I began teaching art and eventually found my home teaching in the Catholic school system, where I continue to teach today.
About The Brush
The Brush was created from my love of art, teaching, and bringing people together through creativity. What started as an idea has grown into years of paint parties, private events, and creative experiences throughout Jacksonville. I bring the painting experience to you! Whether it’s a birthday, girls’ night, church group, team event, family gathering, or special celebration, I provide the supplies and step-by-step instruction so you can relax, create, and have fun. No experience is needed—just come ready to paint!
Behind the Scenes
Behind the scenes, my husband Ben is an important part of The Brush, helping with everything from event setup and hauling supplies to supporting all the little things that make each paint party possible.
